No. All three tiers are one-time. Hosting is free on Netlify's generous tier. If you bring a custom domain, that's the only ongoing cost ($12-$15/year direct to the registrar — you own it).

Single-page additions are $40-$80 depending on scope. Or jump up a tier and we re-do the architecture cleaner. Either is fine.
Standard and Premium include real SEO basics — titles, descriptions, schema markup, sitemap, Google Business Profile linkage. Most clients show up for "[their service] near [their town]" within 2-4 weeks.
Yes. Source code is delivered to you in a private GitHub repo (or zipped if you prefer). The domain is registered in your name, on your account. Nothing about the site depends on me being around.
Usually yes. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and static-HTML migrations are all within scope of Standard or Premium tier — we keep your content and bring the design up to modern.
